That machine is AO Protocol: on-chain settlement infrastructure for any business that holds float between the moment a customer pays and the moment a supplier is paid. Travel is where we start. It is not where this ends.

We have shipped V1. We have a live token. We now need someone to own the product surface that turns a working marketplace into an inevitable one.

The seat

Founding Product Manager. Broad by design.

You own the marketplace hosts and guests touch, and the protocol surfaces beneath it: settlement, payouts, dispute resolution. There is no product org to inherit. There is no playbook. You write it.

You will work directly with the founders, and alongside some of the most recognised names in this industry. We are not naming them yet. We will.

AnChain.AI is seeking a knowledgeable Blockchain Investigator/Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough investigations of blockchain transactions and smart contract interactions, while leading training sessions on blockchain fundamentals and investigative techniques. Collaborating with cybersecurity and legal teams, you’ll generate comprehensive reports and provide expert opinions. Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations of blockchain transactions to trace and track crypto assets.


• Analyze interactions with smart contracts to uncover potential fraud, errors, and vulnerabilities.


• Perform static and dynamic analysis of smart contract source code.


• Develop and utilize tools and techniques for monitoring blockchain activities.


• Generate comprehensive reports on findings and provide expert opinions.


• Work collaboratively with cybersecurity and legal teams to support ongoing investigations.


• Design and deliver training sessions on blockchain fundamentals and investigative techniques to law enforcement and other relevant teams.


• Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and forensic practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Crypto Investigator or similar role in blockchain technology.


• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, particularly Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains.


• Proficient in smart contract programming languages such as Solidity and familiarity with other languages like Rust or C++.


• Experienced with tools for blockchain analysis like Etherscan, BlockSec, and others specific to Solana and other blockchains.


• Ability to conduct comprehensive static and dynamic analysis of smart contracts.


• Knowledgeable in forensic best practices and legal standards related to crypto investigations, with the ability to impart this knowledge to law enforcement personnel.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing detailed investigative reports and presenting findings.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Forensic Analysis, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in blockchain technology or cybersecurity is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design or training delivery in blockchain fundamentals and investigative techniques.


• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.


• Familiarity with cryptographic protocols and security measures.


• Experience in a teaching or mentorship role, especially related to technology or cybersecurity.


• Capacity to develop and facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences, including law enforcement and non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience with non-EVM platforms such as Solana, Algorand, etc.

About the role You’ll work directly with our CEO to drive institutional capital into Symbiotic, with visibility across every commercial surface of the company.

You’ll attract capital into Symbiotic vaults and partner products across real-world assets, reinsurance, yield, and emerging onchain collateral markets. You’ll own the allocator relationships end-to-end, collaborating with product and operations teams to drive deals across the finish line

Responsibilities • Attract capital into vaults built on Symbiotic’s infrastructure, for our own and partner products across underwriting, liquidity provision, and onchain financial products more broadly.

• Translate complex vault mechanics, collateral frameworks, and product structures into investor-facing narratives.

• Own investor relations: track allocator timelines, product pipelines, market demand; surface trends and opportunities back to the team.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure our and partner products are aligned with allocator requirements and market needs.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to mature our institutional offer (decks, IC memos, data rooms, term sheets)

• Represent Symbiotic at conferences, partner meetings, and industry events across both crypto and institutional finance circles.

Requirements • Relevant experience in capital formation, investor relations or institutional sales with personally-owned, measurable dollars raised.

• Direct exposure to structured products in the alternative investment space, particularly insurance linked securities. Equivalent depth in adjacent structured-product disciplines considered if paired with credible crypto-product fluency.

• Working fluency in TradFi capital decision-making: IC dynamics, structured products, term-sheet negotiation, risk frameworks, allocator due diligence.

• Ability to translate complex product structures, both on-chain mechanics and traditional financial primitives, into institutional commercial narratives.

• Working understanding of DeFi mechanics and vault economics or a demonstrated ability to ramp up on these quickly from a TradFi base.

• Enthusiasm for moving institutional finance on-chain, and bringing more of the world’s financial products, assets, and infrastructure onto verifiable digital infrastructure.

• Strong commercial instincts, high ownership, comfort operating in an emerging market category that’s still being defined.

Nice to have • Demonstrable track record raising capital for an alternative strategy (ILS, private credit, hedge fund, or tokenized RWA fund) with named LP relationships.

• Direct experience with crypto-native LPs (DAO treasuries, sovereign crypto allocators, crypto-native funds).

• Presence in a hub like New York, Hong Kong, or strong connectivity to US, EMEA, or APAC institutional networks.

• Willingness to travel to industry conferences worldwide (expenses paid)
