Job Summary

The Sr. IT Program Manager is responsible for the management of multiple Project Managers, which are embedded with our Product Oriented Delivery Teams. The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for the SI scope management and ensuring the delivery of all milestones and deliverables outlined. Additionally, they will oversee all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, and time and cost constraints. Supervises inidual project managers. Ensures accurate allocations of resources throughout the program. Leads multi- disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful programs. The Sr Program Manager will be responsible for working closely with our SAP PMO, SI and PMOQA Partners, as well as internal teams, ensure adherence to scope and the identification and mitigation of technical impediments. Programs may contain elements of work outside of the scope of the discrete projects in the program.

The main purpose of the role is to deliver strategic value of a business-aligned SAP Modernization Program through effective team and initiative management. The Sr. IT Program Manager works with peers to shape portfolio needs and ensure that the inidual disciplines are aligned towards meeting the strategic goals of the SAP Modernization Project. The resource will use their proven experience managing complex programs to improve business experience, minimize technical debt, and ensure successful delivery of projects. Role will support business and IT leaders to plan, scope, and develop programs and projects to implement business-aligned IT strategies. Develops and manages internal resources to continuously deliver technology and process value within an IT Tower or product aligned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Project Managers ensuring adherence to Project Deliverable, Milestones in accordance with PMO Stage Gate Processes and Governance Frameworks and SoWs.
• Lead and manage programs by coordinating activities and delivery across multiple, related projects or work streams that span technology and areas.
• Ensures program meets schedule and scope targets.
• Identify, develop mitigation plans, and monitor to drive timely and effective escalation and risk/issue resolution.
• Manage and/or escalate issues and/or complications and respond well to time pressures.
• Track dependencies and risks, and assessing change impact across interdependent work streams and projects.
• Capture all pertinent actions and decisions.

Job Specific Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 8 years experience in leading large projects. In lieu of a degree, 10 years of experience in leading large projects.
• Understanding of and experience with IT project management methodologies, requirements management, quality assurance and IT processes from project inception to successful implementation
• Understanding of financial principles including experience with project financial budgeting and planning.

Job Summary

This is an Operational Technology (OT) role embedded in the TerraForm Power Remote Operations Centre, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network perimeters for wind, solar, and battery storage operations with a focus on NERC CIP compliant architecture. The Firewall Engineer will work in close partnership with the TERP Cybersecurity Manager, Compliance and Operations Centre staff to ensure robust, compliant, and resilient OT network security across all sites and control centers.

Responsibilities

Architecture, Design & Implementation

• Maintain WAF protections (e.g., F5, Fortinet, Check Point, or cloud WAF) including rule tuning, bot mitigation, and API security.
• Operate and improve monitoring and control tools (SIEM/SOAR, NetFlow, packet capture, IDS/IPS); build dashboards and alerts for NERC systems.
• Conduct log analysis, threat hunting, and participate in incident triage and response; provide on‑call support for critical events.
• Perform regular firewall health checks, performance tuning, firmware/OS upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.

Compliance & Change Management (NERC Focus)

• Implement and maintain controls aligned to NERC CIP standards applicable to Low Impact sites and Medium Impact control centers (e.g., CIP‑003, CIP‑005, CIP‑007, CIP‑008, CIP‑009, CIP‑010, CIP‑011, CIP‑013).
• Serve as the technical owner for firewall‑related CIP controls (for example CIP‑005, CIP‑007, CIP‑010), including configuration baselines, access controls, logging, and evidence collection.
• Establish and enforce configuration baselines, access controls, evidence collection, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Run structured change management programs for firewall and WAF policies, including risk assessment, testing, approvals, and post‑implementation review.
• Support audits, self‑assessments, and impact ratings; assist with personnel risk assessment and vendor risk management where applicable.
• Collaborate with OT, IT, Compliance, Engineering, and Plant Operations to ensure controls meet operational needs without compromising reliability.

Collaborative Responsibilities

• Work in close partnership with the TERP Cybersecurity Manager to align firewall, VPN, and WAF controls with OT/IT cybersecurity strategy, incident response protocols, and compliance requirements.

Engineer

Position Summary:

The Senior MES Engineer is a strong technical subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions within the Devens Cell Therapy Facility. Leveraging deep expertise in Emerson Syncade MES and manufacturing systems, this role resolves complex challenges, enforces governance procedures, and drives the delivery of innovative digital solutions. The Senior MES Engineer collaborates across functions and the broader network to ensure operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, while influencing the technical direction of MES initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

MES Business Analysis & Recipe Authoring:

• Analyze MES requirements and implement recipe modifications to meet evolving business needs.

• Ensure recipes align with operational objectives, regulatory standards, and best practices.

Business Process Expertise:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned manufacturing processes.

• Support investigations and identify opportunities for recipe optimization and process efficiency.

Governance & Standards:

• Establish, document, and maintain MES recipe authoring standards, guidelines, and templates.

• Ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all recipe development activities.

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

• Create and deliver training materials to onboard and upskill MES authors, engineers, and end-users.

• Foster knowledge sharing and best practices adoption across teams.

Operational Support:

• Provide rotational on-call support for MES-related issues during off-hours.

• Partner with manufacturing operations to resolve incidents, minimize downtime, and ensure uninterrupted production.

Reporting Relationship:

• The Senior MES Engineer reports into the IT Digital Plant organization. The role contributes to the design, testing, documentation, and deployment of MES solutions, while adhering to governance procedures and supporting IT projects of moderate to high complexity.

• This position serves as a technical subject matter expert-supporting operations, troubleshooting issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the adoption of digital solutions that enhance manufacturing performance.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as an MES Engineer (or equivalent role) within the Biologics, Pharmaceutical, or Cell/Gene Therapy industries.

• Strong expertise in Emerson Syncade MES, including recipe authoring and troubleshooting.

• Proven ability to understand manufacturing processes and translate business needs into MES solutions.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose effective, data-driven solutions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective at collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders.

• Experience developing and delivering technical training is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with recipe authoring tools, data integrity principles (21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11), and cGMP standards.

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. What you'll do:

• Manage and provide daily support for SCADA applications and data historians (e.g., Ignition, AVEVA System Platform in Azure), including software updates, troubleshooting, user support, and participation in the after-hours on-call rotation for SCADA and OT related issues.
• Support the deployment, configuration, programming, and ongoing maintenance of SCADA systems for Nexamp's renewable energy portfolio, including integration with field equipment and telemetry at solar and battery sites.
• Maintain and optimize OT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, virtual machines, and network configurations within Microsoft Azure, with a focus on SCADA-related services and performance.
• Collaborate with Nexamp's Operations Center (NOC) to ensure continuous SCADA availability and real-time data flow, while troubleshooting and resolving system-level issues such as SCADA failures, OS faults, and network communication disruptions.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions for infrastructure and applications, while providing hands-on support for OT equipment in data centers-such as servers, RTACs, routers, and switches critical to SCADA and telemetry operations.
• Work in partnership with the Cybersecurity team to implement security patching schedule, maintain secure system configurations that protect OT assets without impairing system functionality.
• Support the achievement of corporate Key Results (KRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving improvements in asset uptime, responsiveness, and overall operational reliability.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience is a plus. High School diploma or GED equivalent is a must-have.

Compensation

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $125,000 - $139,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on inidual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company's stock option plan.
