About us
Lisk is building a new kind of financial platform for businesses - one that brings the best of crypto infrastructure into an experience that feels modern, simple, and built for how teams actually operate. We’re replacing fragmented corporate financial tooling with a single workspace across web and mobile.
Your mission
We’re looking for a high-octane Sales Development Representative to serve as our primary lead generation engine as we sprint toward our upcoming launch of a new financial product later in the summer.
Reporting to our Head of Sales, this is a pure “hunter” role: you’ll be responsible for creating opportunities from scratch, maintaining high intensity, and driving our outbound motion across digital and physical channels: think warm & cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, etc. as well as identifying new prospects by attending real-life events & conferences.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive outbound prospecting & lead generation across email, LinkedIn, IRL events and other means to generate new sales pipeline.
- Manage outreach tooling and automation to continually optimize sequences and lead list quality.
- Execute event-based prospecting, from pre-event outreach to post-event follow-up.
- Own CRM hygiene and data integrity, including lead tracking, status, and reporting.
- Refine our ICP, messaging, and sales assets (e.g., guides, objection handling) based on customer discovery and learnings from our sales motions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share prospect insights and support product and marketing feedback loops.
- Work with sales and company leadership as you identify and route strategic leads.
- Analyze channel performance and run rapid experiments & A/B to optimize ROI on different outreach methods and parameters (messaging, wording, timing, etc.)
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or partnerships function, ideally within fintech and/or crypto - you’re comfortable selling financial solutions
- High-intensity approach with a proven track record of creating pipelines from scratch and maintaining cadence.
- Skilled in disciplined and effective outreach using various methods; objection handling, and consistently booking qualified meetings.
- Disciplined in CRM hygiene to always keep our sales database up-to-date and expert in leveraging modern sales tooling for repeatable workflows.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, evolving product narratives, and working under pressure.
- Keeping a growth mindset and high motivation, even when faced with persistent rejection.
- Ability to synthesize prospect feedback into actionable product and messaging improvements.
- Clear internal communicator who thrives in cross-functional partnership and event environments.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets, coupled with a desire to be rewarded for performance and impact.
- Managing cloud CRM & prospecting tools for sequencing, enrichment, automated list-building, and outreach management.
Bonus superpowers
- Deep existing network within the fintech, crypto, or finance-ops ecosystems.
- Experience building pipelines from scratch in early-stage, high-growth environments.
- Proficiency in administering sales tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist) and combining your technical skills with your knowledge of sales best practices and experience in implementing them.
- Proven, deep experience selling into fintech, finance-ops, or crypto/onchain markets.
- Strong analytical instincts for channel experimentation and ROI-driven prioritization.
- Experience in using AI to generate leads on auto-pilot in a cost-effective manner
How we work
We’re a remote-first team spread across the world, and as such, this is a fully-remote role. While there are no strict geographic restrictions for candidates, you will be expected to cover the European time zone and travel to events and conferences as needed.
Working across time zones pushes us to communicate clearly, keep context open, and move quickly without unnecessary friction. We trust people to take ownership, make decisions, and deliver outcomes - while staying aligned through a mix of real-time teamwork and async communication.
Perks & benefits
- Flexible work schedule so you can balance life and work on your terms
- 25 vacation days per year
- Annual team retreats in amazing locations - not corporate offsites, but trips you’ll actually look forward to
Join us
You’ll be building at the frontier of business finance. That means no playbooks, no best practices, no old ways of doing things. You’ll own your craft from the ground up and help define how businesses interact with money. If you want massive upside and the chance to help create a category that reshapes global finance, this is the place to be.
Who is Risk Labs?
Risk Labs is the foundation and core team behind Across. We operate as one cohesive, globally distributed team building infrastructure that pushes crypto forward. UMA’s Optimistic Oracle records verifiable truth onto blockchains. Across is leading interoperability through intent-based architecture. Both are decentralized protocols governed by global communities and supported by Risk Labs Foundation.
We are remote-first, high-agency, and impact-driven.
The Opportunity
Risk Labs is hiring an Enterprise Partnerships Lead to help drive institutional adoption of UMA’s oracle infrastructure.
Prediction markets are rapidly evolving from a niche crypto use case into a meaningful new category of market infrastructure. Exchanges, brokerages, sportsbooks, fintech platforms, and trading venues are increasingly exploring how prediction markets can power new products and experiences.
We believe UMA is uniquely positioned to become the infrastructure layer powering this shift.
We’re looking for a senior commercial leader who can build strategic relationships with sophisticated institutions, navigate complex technical and regulatory conversations, and help bring new enterprise partnerships to life.
This is not a traditional high-volume sales role.
Success in this position will come from deeply understanding a small number of high-value opportunities, building trust with senior decision makers, and helping shape solutions that meet both customer and market needs.
You’ll work directly with leadership and have significant influence over how UMA expands into this emerging category.
Prior prediction market experience is not required.
What You’ll Do
- Own a focused portfolio of high-value enterprise opportunities from initial outreach through commercial close and long-term expansion
- Build trusted relationships with sophisticated institutional counterparties
- Lead commercial and technical conversations with business, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback for internal teams
- Partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and leadership teams to navigate technical diligence, compliance considerations, and commercial structuring
- Drive enterprise integrations from early technical scoping through launch
- Help shape UMA’s enterprise go-to-market strategy
- Represent Risk Labs at strategic industry events, conferences, and partnership discussions
- Help establish UMA as the preferred oracle infrastructure provider for institutional prediction market applications
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, technical commercial roles, or similar
- Strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals with sophisticated institutional buyers
- Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical fluency and comfort discussing APIs, integrations, technical products, and infrastructure
- Excellent executive communication skills
- Strong product judgment and ability to translate customer needs into clear product direction
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
- Experience working with financial institutions, exchanges, brokers, trading firms, sportsbooks, fintech infrastructure providers, or other regulated market participants
- Familiarity with US market regulation and institutional trading environments
- Experience navigating enterprise compliance, procurement, and legal processes
- Comfort reading API documentation and reasoning about technical systems
- Exposure to blockchain infrastructure, oracle systems, prediction markets, or crypto-native products
You Might Be a Great Fit If You’ve Worked In
- Financial infrastructure
- Market data
- Trading technology
- Exchange technology
- Brokerage platforms
- Sports betting
- Enterprise fintech
- Capital markets
- Blockchain infrastructure
We are particularly interested in candidates who have built relationships with regulated institutions and know how to navigate complex commercial environments.
Success in This Role
Within your first 12 months, success may look like:
- Closing multiple strategic institutional partnerships
- Generating meaningful revenue growth for UMA
- Bringing enterprise integrations live
- Helping shape UMA’s product roadmap through direct customer insight
- Expanding UMA’s footprint across prediction markets and adjacent financial infrastructure categories
Why This Role Matters
Prediction markets are becoming an increasingly important part of the future financial ecosystem.
Risk Labs is helping build the infrastructure layer that powers this shift.
The person in this role will help define how exchanges, brokerages, sportsbooks, trading platforms, and other institutional participants engage with prediction markets in the years ahead.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape a new category while working directly with company leadership and some of the most sophisticated organizations in financial markets.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000–$200,000 USD plus tokens and equity
Our goal is to create a compensation package that aligns long-term incentives while providing meaningful exposure to the value you help create.
Additional benefits include:
- Paid in fiat or stablecoins, your choice
- Unlimited vacation (and we actually take it)
- Family care support
- Training and development budget
- Fully remote work environment
- At least two company-wide offsites per year
Our Values
We value curiosity.
We value openness, honesty, and directness.
We value integrity.
We value iterative learning.
We value taking smart risks.
We value being high agency.
Studies show that women and people of colour are less likely to apply unless they meet every qualification. Risk Labs is committed to building a erse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
If you’re excited about this role, even if your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
Risk Labs is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status.

- Improve engineering productivity through automation, self-service tooling, and platform standardization.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve delivery confidence, operational efficiency, and developer experience.
Infrastructure Governance & FinOps
- Establish practices for vendor management, operational risk assessment, capacity planning, and infrastructure economics.
- Drive efficient infrastructure growth while balancing reliability, security, and cost.
- Maintain visibility into critical dependencies, infrastructure investments, and operational trade-offs.
Blockchain & Oracle Infrastructure
- Oversee the reliability, scalability, and operational maturity of Chronicle’s oracle and blockchain infrastructure platform.
- Improve platform reliability, observability, scalability, and operational tooling across multiple blockchain ecosystems.
- Bridge modern platform engineering practices with decentralized infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Executive leadership on company-wide initiatives.

About Immunefi
Immunefi is the premier security platform for the decentralized economy. We protect billions of dollars in user funds by connecting the world’s most ethical hackers with the leading blockchain protocols. We are not just a software company; we are the trust layer of Web3. We are currently navigating an exciting chapter of “Refounding,” returning to our roots of high standards, speed, and product excellence.
The Opportunity
This is a rare role for someone who has spent years on the front lines of marketing, with genuine depth in token marketing and product GTM, and is ready to step into a leadership position where they can build something of their own.
You’ll be building the “Immunefi Engine” for Product GTM and IMU token marketing. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, translating high-level vision into a structured marketing roadmap, while bringing your own independent judgment and reasoning to every decision. You’ll set the strategy, build the systems, and execute directly, using AI-powered workflows to compress what would take a large team into what one exceptional person can drive.
We’re not looking for someone who will figure it out on the job. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to scale products and services successfully from 0 to 1 in a high competitive startup environment, and who uses AI tools and agent networks as a natural extension of how they work.
What You Will Champion
Marketing Systems & Infrastructure
Build the AI-powered operating layer that makes one person capable of running what would traditionally require a team. This means designing and deploying agent-based workflows, automation systems, and reporting infrastructure that compound output over time. The goal is a lean, intelligent marketing function that stays high-performing as the team grows around you.
GTM and Product Marketing
Own go-to-market strategy for our core products: Managed Triage and Bug Bounty Program Subscriptions. This includes defining the ideal customer profile, building the messaging architecture, and translating complex technical security value into language that resonates with founders, protocol teams, and enterprise buyers, thus driving adoption and ARR.
Token Marketing & Ecosystem Activation
Lead the positioning, narrative, and community engagement for our token. You’ll activate security researchers, partners, and communities to build durable network effects, turning the Immunefi ecosystem and institutional relations into a growth engine for our mission.
Success Profile (Who You Are)
- A Builder at Heart: You have experience scaling marketing functions from “Zero-to-One.” You enjoy the challenge of setting up automated workflows as much as the art of high-stakes messaging. As a hands-on builder of AI-powered marketing systems, you actively design and deploy agent-based workflows, automation pipelines, and AI-assisted content operations. You’re not just a user of tools, but the architect of systems.
- Strong Technical Marketing Fundamentals: Strong product marketing fundamentals, where you’ve defined ICPs, built messaging architectures, and shipped GTM programs that had massively leveraged results. Experience crafting market positioning and category narratives in fast-moving, technical industries. Ability to translate highly technical subject matter into language that resonates with different buyer audiences, including founders, protocol teams, and enterprise security buyers.
- A-Player Mentality: Experience in a high-ownership role at turnaround, rebuild or early stage startup environments. High agency and ownership mindset; you operate independently and hold yourself accountable to outcomes.

- Maintain a clear tracker of all outreach, conversations, qualified leads, group chats created, and partner status.

About Goldsky
Goldsky is the data platform for financial products built on stablecoins. We give fintechs and financial institutions the real-time data infrastructure they need to launch stablecoin accounts, balances, payments, custody, and settlement products, without becoming blockchain infrastructure companies themselves.
Behind the scenes we operate one of the most demanding production data platforms in the industry. Our infrastructure powers high-volume products at companies like Polymarket, 0x, Kraken, and Circle, and continuously indexes onchain activity across dozens of networks with the latency, accuracy, and reliability that production financial systems require. As stablecoins move from a crypto primitive into mainstream financial infrastructure, fintechs and commercial institutions are turning to Goldsky to abstract away the messy parts (chains, RPCs, reorgs, indexing) so they can ship the financial products their customers actually want.
We’ve raised over $20M from Dragonfly Capital, Felicis Ventures, 0x Labs, Uniswap Labs, Protocol Labs, and angel investors including Plaid founders Zach Perret and William Hockey, and Zhuoxun Yin of Magic Eden. Our team has previously built mission-critical infrastructure at Meta, Google, Shopify, Activision, and more.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Engineer to build internal tools, AI-powered workflows, and customer-facing experiences that compound how fast Goldsky grows. This is a builder-first role for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of GTM, product, and engineering, and who sees AI as a way to do the work of a much larger team with a small one.
You’ll report into Marketing and partner closely with sales, customer success, and product. You’ll have real autonomy to identify and build the highest-leverage automations, experiences, and tools, with budget for AI infrastructure and an explicit mandate to ship.
This is the right role for an engineer who loves shipping fast, finds operations problems genuinely interesting, and gets a kick out of replacing manual work with a clean piece of automation that runs forever.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered internal tools that compress the work of the GTM team. Lead enrichment and scoring agents, account research workflows, automated outbound personalization, call summarization and insight extraction, internal knowledge agents over Slack, Notion, and the CRM. Think about every hour of repetitive GTM work as a candidate for automation.
- Build customer-facing growth surfaces . Interactive demos, sandboxed playgrounds, in-product guides, AI-assisted onboarding, dynamic case study experiences, and tools that help prospects evaluate Goldsky themselves before they ever talk to sales.
- Ship marketing engineering . The website, landing pages, A/B tests, lifecycle email flows, attribution plumbing, and the integrations between marketing tools, CRM, and product analytics. Treat the GTM stack as a real engineering surface, not a pile of duct tape.
- Partner with sales engineering and solutions to automate parts of the customer evaluation journey: provisioning, sample pipelines, integration accelerators, ROI calculators, technical content generation.
- Instrument and learn . Set up the analytics and experimentation needed to know which tools and surfaces are actually driving growth. Kill what doesn’t work, double down on what does.
- Be the AI specialist for GTM . Stay close to the frontier of LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-native tools, and bring back the ones that meaningfully change how we operate. Help the rest of the company become better AI users.
We’re excited to talk with you if
- You’re an engineer who has built things end to end: frontend, backend, integrations, agents, automations. You don’t need a PM to scope your work, and you can ship without permission.
- You’ve shipped with LLMs and AI tooling in production. You know the difference between a flashy demo and a system that holds up under real use. You’re comfortable with the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval, evals, and the rapidly evolving AI stack.
- You’re commercially curious. You want to know who buys, why they buy, what makes a great onboarding experience, and how a piece of automation can move a real revenue number.
- You’re fluent in modern web (TypeScript and Next.js or similar) and comfortable working across multiple environments, services, and third-party APIs.
- You operate with high autonomy. You identify the work that matters, scope it, ship it, and measure it. You finish things.
- You’re a strong communicator. You can talk to a salesperson about pipeline, a designer about a landing page, and a backend engineer about an API contract in the same afternoon, and pull all three threads together into something that ships.
- You’re excited about fintech and stablecoin infrastructure, or you’re motivated to get up the curve fast.
Bonus points for
- You’ve worked in a growth engineering, forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineering, or developer-relations role before.
- You’ve built internal AI agents or tooling that real teams use every day.
- You have prior experience in fintech, payments, stablecoins, or financial infrastructure.
- You’ve launched a side project, indie tool, or open-source library that other engineers actually use.
- You’ve built and operated revenue-driving experiments end to end, not just supported someone else’s.
Benefits
- Health Insurance - Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family.
- Retirement - 401(k) plan through Vestwell.
- Flexible Time Off - Take time to recharge as you need it. We’re serious.
- Self Care Days - Every other Friday we have off. These days reflect our work philosophy: nine days at 110%, followed by one day to recharge.
- Home Office Stipend - $2,000 to create your dream office.
- New MacBook - We set you up with the best hardware, with a refresh every two years.
- Wellness Stipend - $100/mo for whatever helps you stay healthy.
- Connectivity Stipend - $75/mo to cover your phone or internet bill.
- Semi-Annual Travel - We meet up twice per year for company on-sites and retreats around the globe.

About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Head of US / Country Manager to build, grow, and lead Mercuryo’s US business. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands the US fintech and crypto ecosystem and can drive commercial growth in a highly regulated environment. You will own Mercuryo’s US strategy end-to-end — from market expansion and business development to regulatory coordination and operational execution. Working closely with Business Development, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Leadership, you will ensure the US business scales successfully while remaining fully aligned with our global teams. This is a builder role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution, balancing revenue growth and partnerships with governance, execution, and cross-functional leadership.
Your Role:
US Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute Mercuryo’s US strategy in alignment with global leadership.
- Identify growth opportunities across on/off-ramp, payments, cards, and embedded finance.
- Build a strong pipeline of strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer demand.
Commercial Expansion
- Lead US new business acquisition across merchants, exchanges, wallets, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
- Build executive relationships, negotiate complex deals, and drive commercial expansion.
- Represent Mercuryo at major industry events and strategic meetings.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the central leader for US priorities across Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Support, and BD.
- Create clear ownership, remove blockers, and drive execution.
- Ensure the US organization operates as one Mercuryo, with no disconnect from global teams.
Regulatory & Operational Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with regulators, banking partners, legal advisors, and key stakeholders.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on evolving US regulatory requirements, including Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs), state licensing, and digital asset frameworks.
- Oversee operational scaling, governance, vendor management, and process efficiency.
Performance & Leadership
- Own US KPIs, budget, and performance reporting.
- Track growth, revenue, operational, and risk metrics.
- Build a high-performance culture with strong ownership and accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, banking, payments, or financial services.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role with ownership over revenue, strategy, or market expansion.
- Strong understanding of the US crypto, payments, and regulatory landscape.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses, markets, or business units.
- Strong commercial instincts with demonstrated success in enterprise sales or strategic partnerships.
- Experience working in highly cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority across distributed teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
What Makes You Exceptional:
- You think like an owner, not an employee.
- You balance strategy with execution.
- You move fast without sacrificing judgement.
- You know how to align multiple teams around one goal.
- You can operate equally well in boardrooms, regulatory meetings, and internal execution calls.
- You understand that growth without operational excellence is fragile.
What We Offer:
- Competitive market rate salary and performance-based incentives.
- 22 days annual leave with an additional 6 company days, plus bank holidays.
- Comprehensive health insurance plans.
- Extensive benefits program.
- Flexible work schedule and remote work options.
- Modern offices and co-working spaces across 6 countries.
- Working equipment.
- Professional development and training opportunities.
- Opportunity to shape the initiatives you’re working on.
- Diverse and friendly team.
- We are open-minded to new ideas.

About Filecoin Foundation
Filecoin Foundation (FF) is an independent organization that facilitates governance of the Filecoin network, funds critical development projects, supports the growth of the Filecoin ecosystem, and advocates for Filecoin and the decentralized web. In 2017, the creators of Filecoin envisioned that an independent Filecoin Foundation would serve as the long-term governance body for the Filecoin Ecosystem. They gave the Foundation the mandate to “grow an open ecosystem for decentralized storage” and to “give developers an open and sustainable platform to build, enhance and monetize those services.” They wanted the Foundation to be modeled on Foundations for other open source projects like the Apache Software Foundation, the Mozilla Foundation and the Linux Foundation. The Filecoin Foundation operates independently of Protocol Labs, the organization that designed and built the Filecoin network. As a member of our early-stage team, you will have the opportunity to help define our growth as the organization scales. At Filecoin Foundation, we are a fully remote organization and support a remote, collaborative, and inclusive working culture from anywhere in the world.
The Role
This is our first commercial growth senior hire scaling our go-to-market work.
You will own demand, pipeline, and revenue execution. Not manage, but own. You’ll build the system, run it yourself at first, and scale only when revenue justifies it. This is a scrappy role for someone who has built from zero before and prefers execution over abstraction. You’ll work directly with executives in the Filecoin ecosystem and our GTM Enterprise Growth Lead to define and execute revenue strategy.
What You’ll Do
1. Generate Commercial Pipeline with our Enterprise Growth Lead (Hands-On)
- Work with the Enterprise Growth Lead to define ICPs and sharpen positioning.
- Build inbound from scratch (technical content, SEO, ecosystem visibility, marketplace presence).
- Support outbound with messaging, campaigns, and tooling.
- Improve conversion from MQL → SQL → Opportunity.
- Track everything. Fix what’s broken. Repeat.
2. Close & Support Revenue with the GTM team
- Run enterprise conversations early.
- Help move technical deals forward alongside founders.
- Build basic but disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene
- Work with the Enterprise Growth Lead to turn post-launch interest into signed contracts.
You’re comfortable in early sales cycles and technical buyer environments.
3. Own and Build the Commercial Function
No premature structures until true customer demand and growth hits
As revenue milestones are hit, you will:
- Bring along AEs when pipeline can support quota.
- Work with Solutions Engineers when technical load demands it.
- Help staff up on BDRs when outbound becomes repeatable.
- Evaluate Demand Gen support once inbound channels prove ROI.
4. Drive Ecosystem & Marketplace Traction
Distribution matters.
- Ship unilateral, documentation-first integrations to match competitor ecosystem presence.
- Prioritize visibility in key developer tools.
- Get listed and transactable on major cloud marketplaces.
- Track marketplace-sourced revenue.
We prefer shipping integrations over negotiating slow BD deals.
5. Operationalize Partnership Revenue
If we close third-party or ecosystem deals, you own the commercial follow-through:
- Migrate customers cleanly.
- Protect and retain revenue.
- Build cross-sell pathways.
- Ensure partner revenue is measurable and forecastable.
Announcements don’t count. Revenue does.
What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)
- Clear ICP and repeatable messaging.
- 50%+ of pipeline sourced from inbound and ecosystem channels.
- Predictable pipeline reporting.
- Post-product-launch traction converted into ARR.
- Predictable revenue from direct and channel sales
- Help shape product differentiation and go-to-market strategy
Ideal Background
- 8–12+ years in B2B infrastructure, cloud, storage, AI/ML, or developer tools.
- Built pipeline from zero in an early-stage environment.
- Comfortable selling technical infrastructure.
- Strong operator - you measure before you scale.
- Experience with marketplaces and integration-led growth is a plus.
- Scrappy, analytical, low-ego, high-ownership.
Why This Role Matters
We don’t need a big team. We need someone who can build the engine.
If you’ve built demand and revenue from scratch in a technical startup to mid sized revenue, and also have had experience seeing operations at large enterprise companies. You want real ownership in an exciting fast-paced infrastructure environment, this is the role for you.

Espresso Systems builds foundational infrastructure to power tomorrow’s internet, where digital assets are able to move across chains as easily as info flows across the web. It’s the lead developer of the Espresso Network, the first base layer built from the ground up to provide rollups with the functionality they’ve always needed but never had: fast, secure finality for users’ transactions and seamless composability with other rollups.
Rollups today rely on infrastructure that wasn’t built with them in mind, resulting in their isolation and the fragmentation of users, developers and liquidity within the Ethereum ecosystem. This prevents rollups from achieving the seamless composability that’s essential to web3’s vision. Espresso solves this by providing rollups with secure, real-time visibility into what’s happening on all integrated chains, including their own, empowering the apps to execute crosschain interactions immediately without waiting for slow settlement or trusting centralized sequencers.
The Espresso Network is currently live on mainnet in its initial release. In addition to fast confirmations and data availability, rollups seeking further decentralization can also opt to use the Espresso Network as a decentralized sequencer. As the first purpose-built base layer for rollups, Espresso supports a fast-growing ecosystem of interconnected chains regardless of tech stack, VM, or settlement layer—from established chains like Celo and ApeChain to emerging app-specific chains attracting their first users.
At Espresso Systems, we work with leading teams developing rollups and innovating around interoperability, including Offchain Labs, Polygon, Caldera, AltLayer, Cartesi, Across, Hyperlane, and beyond—all united in our mission to build a unified, composable ecosystem where rollups are free to achieve their full potential regardless of where they choose to settle.
The Espresso team comprises a erse and passionate group of contributors from around the world. We are developers, designers, and researchers who have contributed in academia, open-source communities, policymaking, and beyond. We have raised roughly $60 million from leading investors in technology and crypto, including a16z, Greylock Partners, Electric Capital, Sequoia Capital, and Polychain Capital.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will assist the development team in building infrastructure to support production of the sequencer software, as well as build tooling for the deployment of test networks.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and management of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Assisting with CI/CD pipelines and general code management practices
- Develop and maintenance of tooling for deployment of Espresso Systems services
Requirements
- Experience working with containers in hosted environments
- Experience with Terraform or other similar declarative cloud operations technologies
- Comfort working in the Linux command line
Nice to Have
- Experience with Ansible, AWS container orchestration, Docker, Github Actions, Nix, Rust, and Terraform
Benefits
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- Work alongside the brightest minds in the crypto space
- Competitive salary + equity package
- Regular team off-sites to international locations
- Unlimited vacation policy
- Top-tier health, dental, and vision coverage for US employees

Who We Are & What We’re Building
Eigen Labs is a frontier lab building coordination technologies for the post-AGI world. AGI is completely reconfiguring power, and a few major labs are already consolidating this power. We believe that coordination through open networks is the only counterforce that lets iniduals maximize their agency.
We are building open networks for many different layers shaping AI: agentic research, inference infrastructure, and capital formation. Recently, we showed how a community of scientists, amateurs, and agents can collaborate to surpass Google’s unpublished quantum breakthrough, showcasing the power of open coordination.
What This Looks Like In Practice
A small number of companies are rapidly becoming gatekeepers to the most powerful systems ever created, trained on open internet, open research, and open-source software, now locked behind permission structures and centralized control.
The question isn’t whether AI will transform society. The question is who gets to participate.
We believe
- Scientific discovery should remain open.
- Intelligence should not be controlled by a handful of institutions.
- Iniduals should be able to coordinate, build, and create without asking for permission.
- AI should empower people, not make them dependent.
- AI should expand inidual agency, not concentrate power.
This isn’t a theoretical exercise. Darkbloom is already building distributed AI infrastructure from idle hardware around the world.
These are early examples of a much larger idea: open networks competing with centralized institutions.
We’re looking for researchers, engineers, founders, scientists, designers, and builders who see the same trend we do and want to help build the alternative. If you’re excited by open science, inidual agency, coordination systems, and agentic infrastructure, we should talk.
Help us build what comes next. Learn more about working at Eigen here .
The Role
As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer at Eigen, You’ll work on the core systems that make AI agents actually usable in production. You’ve built real things - distributed systems, APIs, developer tools - and you’ve gone deep on agents, LLM pipelines, or autonomous workflows. You’re not just using AI tools - you have opinions on where this is going.
You will own large parts of the system and move quickly from idea → working product. You will spend most of your time building. Not managing. Not talking about roadmaps. Building.
This is a full-time role, remote-friendly, with a preference for U.S. time zones and close collaboration with the Seattle-based team.
What You Will Do
- Build agent runtimes and orchestration systems (planning, tool use, memory, coordination)
- Make agents reliable (retries, failure handling, state management)
- Make agents observable (tracing, debugging, evaluation)
- Make agents cheap (cost-aware execution, performance optimization)
- Make agents useful in production (not demos - real systems people depend on)
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, and external data into coherent, working systems
- Define how developers build, debug, and extend agent behavior
What You’ll Bring
We care more about evidence than years of experience. Show us you’ve built hard things that work.
Strong signals we look for
- You’ve shipped real systems that people depend on
- You’ve taken ambiguous problems and turned them into working products
- You’ve built or deeply explored agent systems, LLM pipelines, or automation beyond simple demos
- You understand system behavior in production - failure modes, tradeoffs, reliability
- You move fast and iterate - you don’t wait for perfect specs
Technical foundation we look for
- Strong backend / systems experience (distributed systems, APIs, infrastructure)
- Proficiency in at least one core language (Python, Go, TypeScript, Rust, etc.)
- Experience with reliability patterns (state, retries, observability)
- Comfort working across the stack when needed
Nice To Have

aiengineerfull-timeinvestment analystremote
This is a hybrid investor and AI agent builder role. You will source and evaluate deals, write memos and market maps, run diligence and build AI agents and internal workflows that let a small team punch above its weight. It is not an ops role. It is not a pure investor role. This role sits where venture judgment, crypto-native research and AI agent-enabled execution meet. We want someone who excels at all three.
As a full-time remote role, you’ll work directly with the partners on live deals. Your work will be read by founders, LPs and co-investors. The bar is high. The feedback loop is fast.
What you’ll do
- Source early-stage opportunities across crypto infrastructure, DeFi, agent-native products, AI x crypto, fintech, post-quantum security and consumer/social
- Triage inbound, track pipeline and surface companies before they become mainstream
- Write investment memos, market maps, competitive landscapes and diligence summaries that hold up under partner scrutiny
- Run founder diligence and reference work
- Build and maintain AI agents and internal tools for dealflow triage, research synthesis, candidate filtering and portfolio monitoring. This is core to the role, not adjacent to it
- Improve how we evaluate founders, deals, and candidates
- Support portfolio companies with research and market work
Who you are
- Ambitious, curious and sharp.
- Deeply interested in venture investing, especially in crypto. You read primary sources, not summaries.
- AI-native and a builder. You’ve shipped real things with frontier models, e.g. agents, pipelines, tools, scrapers, synthesis workflows. You have opinions about which patterns actually work in production and which ones look good in a demo and break in real use.
- A strong independent researcher who forms real views and can defend them / update them when wrong.
- Comfortable going deep on technical topics (cryptography, consensus, ZK, agent infra) and commercial topics (market sizing, GTM, unit economics) in the same week.
- An eloquent and concise writer. You can compress a complicated company into a page without losing what matters.
- High agency, low ego. You unblock yourself, ask for help when stuck, don’t need to be managed.
- You want to work closely with a small team that holds itself to a high standard.
- Able to work remotely.
- Ability to travel to the US frequently, or based in / willing to work US timezone hours.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in crypto, startups, technical research, or investing.
- A public body of work: writing, a podcast, open-source contributions, agents or tools you’ve shipped, a thesis you’ve published.
- Technical fluency sufficient to read contracts and prototype tools end-to-end.
- Existing network in crypto founder or research circles.
Why this role
- You’ll be in the room for real investment decisions from week one, not parked on a market map for six months.
- You’ll work directly with founders building at the actual frontier of crypto and AI.
- You’ll build the AI agent systems a modern fund should have.
- Small team, high standards, fast feedback, real ownership.
- Compensation is competitive and includes carry.
How to apply
Apply directly via the form here or send the following to [email protected]:
- A 2-5 minute demo video walking us through the agents and AI systems you’ve built. Screen-share the actual things. Show how they work, what they’re for, what you learned building them, what you’d change. Side projects count. Internal tools at past jobs count if you can show them. Polish doesn’t matter; substance does. This is the centerpiece of the application, don’t skip it.
- A 2-page investment thesis on the following prompt: Quantum computing is coming and has significant implications for crypto. As an early-stage investor, what is the thesis? What are the categories worth investing in over the next 3-5 years, and why? Max 2 pages.
- Links to two or three other things you’ve built, written, or shipped: code, essays, market maps, communities, anything where we can see your taste and judgment.
- Your CV. One page where possible.

About Us
GRT is a digital-asset trading firm specialising in OTC derivatives, structured products, and liquidity solutions. Our core business is pricing and trading vanilla and exotic options on tokens that have no listed options market — serving token projects, funds, miners, and institutional counterparties who need bespoke risk management. All quoting and hedging is algorithmic and automated, and we compete directly with other well known crypto trading firms.
The Role
We are looking for a Quantitative Options Trader (Junior / Mid-Level) to support the pricing, risk management, and ongoing improvement of our OTC options book.
You will work closely with senior traders to help price and manage structures such as covered calls, cash-secured puts, and other bespoke payoffs for clients — while contributing to the automated systems that warehouse and hedge risk.
This is not a passive seat. You will actively contribute to models, tooling, and trading logic, gaining direct exposure to live trading and real capital while developing deep expertise in crypto options markets.
What You Will Do
Pricing & Quoting
- Support the development and calibration of quantitative models used to price options on tokens with no listed options market
- Assist in building and maintaining implied volatility surfaces and pricing frameworks
- Contribute to generating competitive two-way pricing for vanilla and structured OTC products
- Help refine assumptions around spreads, skew, and term structure through backtesting, paper trading, scenario, and walk forward analysis
Risk Management & Hedging
- Monitor the options book and key risk metrics (delta, gamma, vega, theta)
- Assist in maintaining and improving automated hedging strategies
- Support stress testing and scenario analysis across different market conditions
- Help manage inventory and exposures across spot and derivatives venues
Technology & Automation
- Write and maintain code (primarily Python) supporting pricing, risk, and execution systems
- Collaborate with engineering to improve execution infrastructure and data pipelines
- Build tools and dashboards for monitoring performance, risk, and PNL attribution
Strategy & Growth
- Contribute ideas for new products, structures, and trading strategies
- Support research into market opportunities, pricing inefficiencies, and client demand
- Help translate quantitative outputs into actionable trading insights
What You Bring
Required
- 1–4 years of experience in trading, quantitative research, or a related field
- Strong understanding of options fundamentals (Greeks, Black-Scholes intuition, volatility concepts)
- Exposure to crypto markets and/or derivatives trading
- Programming experience in Python (required); familiarity with additional languages is a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Preferred
- Experience with options pricing or volatility modeling
- Exposure to OTC markets, market-making, or structured products
- Familiarity with crypto market structure (CEXs, perps, liquidity dynamics)
- Background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or engineering
- Interest in building automated trading systems
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation with performance-based upside
- Direct exposure to live trading and real capital from day one
- Opportunity to learn from experienced traders in a high-performance environment
- Flexible remote setup across APAC time zones
- Clear growth path toward senior trading and strategy ownership
- Opportunity to work at the intersection of quantitative finance and digital assets

- Strong understanding of digital asset markets — including spot, derivatives, and market structure.
- Experience working with institutional clients such as funds, exchanges, or token projects.
- Demonstrated ability to source and close deals, and manage client relationships end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain trading and liquidity concepts to clients.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred
- Experience at a market-making firm, OTC desk, exchange, or crypto trading firm.
- Familiarity with OTC derivatives, options, or structured products.

Its platform allows users to transform on-chain and off-chain crypto activity into auditable records for accounting, treasury, tax filings, license applications, loans activity, and regulatory reporting.
Having recently announced our $45m series B , now couldn’t be a better time to join!
About the role
We’re hiring our first Applied AI Engineer to work directly with our Advisory Intelligence Product Engineer and the VP of Advisory Intelligence on net-new product. You’ll have full-stack ownership from Postgres schema to React UI, and you’ll collaborate directly with the VP on prompt architecture, workflow design, and product roadmap. The team is small on purpose.
This is a high-autonomy seat with real room to grow. You’ll experiment, ship, and shape the toolkit’s direction. As the practice scales, the right person grows into a technical leader for the function.
What you’ll do
The Advisory Intelligence toolkit covers the full accounting workflow: transaction-level close processes, chart of accounts benchmarking, policy generation, fit-gap analysis against institutional standards, and financial reporting outputs. Each tool combines deterministic logic (the parts where being wrong has financial consequences) with AI layers that draw on a structured library of real client engagements. You’ll work across the suite with primary ownership on net-new builds.
- Collaborate directly with the VP on prompt architecture, workflow design, and product roadmap. You’re a builder who shapes what gets built.
- Own full-stack feature delivery from Postgres schema through API layer through React UI
- Build and maintain multi-step AI pipelines: prompt chaining, structured output parsing, confidence scoring, failure recovery, and audit-trail logging
- Integrate third-party financial data APIs into production tool workflows
- Build financial document ingestion: parse uploaded spreadsheets and structured reports into typed data models for downstream AI processing
- Maintain and extend the deterministic pre-processing and heuristic layers that make AI output reliable enough for audit
- Contribute to the AI output evaluation framework: structured test inputs, expected outputs, scoring rubrics
- Work cross-functionally with finance practitioners, product, design, and leadership to scope what gets built and push back on specs that miss
What you’ll bring
Core engineering
- Production full-stack TypeScript: shipped real systems, not side projects
- Strong Node.js backend: REST APIs, middleware auth, async pipelines with batching, concurrency limits, retries, timeouts
- React and TypeScript for complex UI: state management with Zustand, schema validation with Zod, views that stay responsive at scale
- Exposure to distributed systems and microservice architectures: you understand the failure modes (partial writes, retries, ordering, observability) even if you haven’t owned a microservice deployment end-to-end
Data and Postgres
- Strong Postgres: data modeling for workflow and run-oriented schemas, indexing strategy, query troubleshooting at table scale
- Experience designing versioned config and audit-trail schemas. Append-only matters in compliance contexts and you’ve built for it.
How you operate
- Strong communicator, written and verbal. You can explain a technical decision to a finance practitioner and a product spec back to engineering.
- You take initiative. When the spec is wrong, you propose alternatives. When something’s broken, you don’t wait to be asked.
- You work cross-functionally without friction. Finance, product, design, leadership are all on your week, not just other engineers.
- Comfortable owning a feature from schema to UI without handoffs
Bonus points
- Hands-on production LLM work with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, or the Anthropic SDK at real throughput
- Multi-step prompt workflows: chaining, structured output extraction, confidence thresholds, graceful degradation
- Debugged AI in production. You know where prompt issues end and infrastructure issues begin.
- Next.js App Router experience: API routes, SSR in data-dense interfaces
- Background job infrastructure for AI workflows (BullMQ, pg-boss, or similar)
- Finance or accounting tooling experience. Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS, month-end close, or audit process is a real advantage.
- AWS deployments, Docker, CI/CD pipeline ownership
- Logging, monitoring, and production debugging in distributed systems
- Parsing financial document formats (Excel, structured CSV, ERP exports) into typed pipelines
Perks
- 👩💻 Remote or Hybrid working
- 🏝️ 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays
- 🙌 One additional day of annual leave each year, up to 30 total days
- 🎂 Your birth off
- 🧘 Mental health resources, wellbeing programs, and professional coaching
- 🫶 Family-friendly policies
- 💪 Fitness and wellness budget
- 💻 MacBook Pro

The financial system is being rebuilt on open, programmable infrastructure, and Consensys is helping power that transition. From MetaMask, the platform trusted by tens of millions of users worldwide, to Linea, the only 100% proven zkEVM rollup and an emerging home for institutional ETH capital, Consensys builds products and infrastructure that enable users, developers, and institutions to participate in the next generation of the internet.
Our mission is to unlock the collaborative power of communities by making the decentralized web universally easy to access, use, and build on.
Joining Consensys means working with a fully remote, globally distributed team of technologists, designers, cryptographers, product thinkers, and researchers who are building the next layer of the internet. You’ll be exposed to new ideas, emerging technologies, and complex challenges that push you to stay at the top of your game while helping scale products and infrastructure used by tens of millions of users and thousands of developers across the web3 ecosystem. You’ll join a network of builders that reaches the edge of our ecosystem. Consensys alumni have moved on to become tech entrepreneurs, CEOs, and team leads at tech companies.
About the Mobile Platform Team
MetaMask’s Wallet Platform organization owns the client platforms for the MetaMask browser extension and mobile apps. The Mobile Platform team treats MetaMask Mobile as a platform: we enable all feature teams to ship high‑quality experiences faster by providing a secure, stable, high‑performance foundation with excellent developer experience and automated operations.
MetaMask Mobile (iOS & Android) is built primarily on React Native, with native code where it matters. As a Principal Mobile Engineer, you’ll be the most senior hands‑on technical leader focused on mobile: setting architecture, defining standards, and driving cross‑team initiatives that shape the future of our mobile platform and MetaMask app.
You’ll work closely with engineers across MetaMask, not just within Mobile Platform, to ensure our mobile apps performance and stability scale with our users, features, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
What you’ll do
As a Principal Engineer, you will
- Own mobile platform architecture Define and evolve the architecture of MetaMask Mobile (React Native + native), leaning into performance by tightly integrating with backend services and optimizing app–backend interactions holistically rather than in isolation. Make key tradeoffs between JS/TS, RN, and native to balance performance, reliability, and iteration speed. Design and steward core platform systems (e.g., OTA, analytics foundations, data/persistence, auth, VPN/geolocation primitives). Lead design and architecture reviews for critical platform areas.
- Lead high‑impact, cross‑team initiatives Drive large upgrades and migrations (React Native, navigation, foundational libraries). Lead structural performance and stability work: startup time, crash rate, ANRs, jank, memory usage, bundle size. Break large efforts into incremental, shippable milestones with clear impact.
- Elevate developer experience & automation Improve tooling, local dev ergonomics, build/test pipelines, and release workflows for all mobile engineers. Establish clear patterns for navigation, state management, and platform primitives to reduce cognitive load. Push towards “push‑button” releases and reduced operational toil via automation. Own and continuously improve the mobile SDLC and lifecycle, including CI, testing, and release workflows.
- Build an AI‑enabled platform Integrate AI/LLMs into workflows to scaffold code, enforce patterns, and improve testing and feedback loops. Help define how tickets and platform patterns leverage AI safely and effectively.
- Drive app health & performance culture Define and evolve metrics and dashboards for performance, stability, and efficiency. Provide tools and guidance so feature teams can self‑diagnose and own regressions. Champion shared accountability for app health across all teams contributing to mobile.
- Multiply impact through leadership Mentor Senior/Staff engineers and influence technical direction across Wallet Platform and MetaMask. Help shape hiring and technical culture for a lean, senior, high‑leverage Mobile Platform team.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
- Experience ~10+ years building and scaling mobile apps, including ownership of large, production React Native or hybrid mobile platforms. Prior Staff/Principal‑level impact: leading complex, cross‑team technical initiatives.
- Technical depth Deep expertise with React Native in production: architecture, performance, debugging, bridging. Solid experience with native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack), including native modules and performance tuning. Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD, release engineering, and OTA systems.
- Platform & systems mindset Track record building internal platforms, shared libraries, or tooling for other engineers. Comfort operating in ambiguity and designing durable, reusable solutions. Strong architecture and communication skills; able to align erse stakeholders.
- Leadership & mentorship Proven ability to influence without authority, set technical direction, and raise the engineering bar. Experience mentoring senior engineers and shaping technical culture.
- AI‑curious / AI‑pragmatic Experience or strong interest in using AI/LLMs to improve developer productivity and code quality.
Bonus Points
- Experience with crypto / Web3, wallets, fintech, or other security‑sensitive apps.
- Contributions to open‑source in React Native, mobile, performance, or tooling.
- Experience optimizing apps for emerging markets or low‑end devices.
- Background in fully remote, globally distributed teams.
