As you can imagine, building & maintaining a sensible Roadmap for the Relocator App is a challenging process and one that requires a high degree of skill. As the Senior Product Manager in charge of the Relocator App, you’ll have responsibility for our main product and ultimately be responsible for ensuring our Customer Satisfaction is continually improving over time. As a commercially proven Senior Product Manager, you will be very confident and up to speed with technology and dealing with technology/development teams. You genuinely enjoy the energy and pace of start ups/scale ups.

More specifically, you be responsible for:

• Product Roadmap - you’ll be in charge of creating, iterating and executing our product roadmap for the Relocator App
• Product collaboration - you’ll be responsible for ensuring that your team gathers sufficient insight both internally (Ops, Content, Tech, Partnerships) & externally (customers, clients) to feed into the product roadmap development
• Product discovery - you'll be in charge of working with relocators, relocation coaches and sales to understand which problems to solve next

Nextiva is looking for a Senior Product Manager to develop and optimize a world class eCommerce funnel. This role will take the lead in identifying, defining and executing the roadmap for eCommerce products, with a primary focus will be on driving increased customer acquisition. Responsibilities include driving the vision and strategy for all purchase and trial flows, introducing new paid and freemium funnels on key products and driving increased funnel throughput through testing and optimizations efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and roadmap for on-site customer conversion experiences across desktop and mobile
• Integrate tightly with the eCommerce technology team to drive prioritization of marketing initiatives and build alignment between marketing and technology teams
• Define and build eCommerce experiences that help drive new customer acquisition and conversion
• Document clear requirements and use cases for Engineering and UX implementation
• Communicate roadmap and corresponding impact clearly to stakeholders across the organization
• Own performance of eCommerce funnels and platforms including partnering with Analytics to implement analytics infrastructure and build out performance reports
• Partner with the Website Project Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience from the time they land on Nextiva.com through to becoming a customer
• Define the eCommerce strategy for supporting complex, matrixed initiatives such as product launches, international expansion and platform implementation.
• Rely on qualitative and quantitative data insights, as well as industry best practices to inform business priorities and requirements.
• Define and lead an ongoing stream of A/B funnel testing

• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in digital product management
• 3+ years of experience having worked directly with UX, Engineering, and Testing teams

Develop a strategic prioritization framework based on company goals and ROI.

Retrieve and analyze data & feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products.

Work in lockstep with design to influence UX strategy and manage tradeoffs in scope and timeline.

Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule

Prepare and review product spec documents

Collaborate with executive management to prioritize and scope product features and strategic delivery plans

Prepare analytics strategy to track product use and impact on end users

Manage the product backlog and product development through the agile framework including sprint planning, user story authoring, and acceptance testing.

As the Senior Product Designer for TUNE, you’ll get to:

• Establish the vision for a modern, intuitive, and cohesive User Experience for TUNE, and develop a plan for iterating towards that vision
• Gain a a deep understanding of our users through continuous user research, interviews, testing, and develop a set of detailed user personas that will inform our product initiatives
• Establish a robust, user-friendly design system that is compatible and accessible across Engineering teams and applications
• Collaborate with Product Managers to storyboard and wireframe product solutions and establish effective user flows when planning new product improvements
• Visualize product improvements utilizing simplified wireframes or polished, well-crafted UI depending on the solution
• Work with Engineering teams to determine feasibility of proposed design solutions
• Collaborate with Engineers to establish a reusable and extensible component library that is compatible across teams and applications 

About You:

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Product Design at a B2B SaaS company
• You’re well-acquainted with UX principles and enjoy ing into the details of UI/UX design
• You have a strong portfolio that reflects both problem-solving and technical skills
• You’re comfortable deciphering qualitative and quantitative data to help drive user outcomes
• You aren’t intimidated by big, complex problems and you know how to break them down into actionable next steps that will immediately impact users
• You’re a pro at managing multiple priorities, rarely letting anything slip through the cracks
• You’re just as comfortable explaining your designs to a customer as you are to an engineer, and you know how to tailor the conversation to each
• You have strong design opinions, held loosely, and you enjoy highly collaborative teams
• You’re located in the U.S. or Canada
