The autism care industry is growing rapidly due to increasing diagnosis rates and landmark legislation requiring payers to cover care in every state. This has caused private equity to take over the market, with over 200 M&A deals in the past decade. This cash grab not only hurts providers, who are overworked and underpaid, it also hurts quality of care. Providers want a world where they can have the freedom to focus on their patients, but starting their own practice is costly.

We built a platform designed for autism care providers to start, run, and grow their business. Providers with Finni can launch their own practice in 2 weeks. When they join, they instantly get access to our insurance network. From there, our platform allows them to manage patient data, schedule appointments, and get paid.

We are backed by top-tier investors such as General Catalyst and YCombinator.

We’re a hybrid team, with team members all across North America. Slack, Notion, Figma, Meets and email are our main tools of collaboration. When it's safe, we may add local office options in cities with more than one local team member.

You'll be responsible for driving projects from concept to completion in an environment of autonomy and creativity. And since we're early, you'll have an opportunity to shape not just our product, but our culture: who you work with, and how we all work together.

As a founding member of the team, you will be making foundational decisions that will be critical to the company’s success. Founding engineers will work incredibly closely with the cofounders, investors, and customers to deeply understand the problem and build the best product. Our interview philosophy is maximizing transparency and minimizing time wasted. Interviewing at a startup is a two-way street and it’d be a waste of everyone’s time if you joined and you realized it was a totally different job than you signed up for. Here’s our interview process for this role:

Yuxin Zhu grew up in New York City and graduated from UC Berkeley (CS ‘15) and prior to Replo ran engineering, product, and design teams at Uber. Noah Gilmore grew up in Chicago and also went to Berkeley (EECS ‘15, same dorm as Yuxin!) and prior to Replo was Principal Engineer at Plangrid, another YC company which was acquired by Autodesk in 2019. Autumn Chuang grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated from Dartmouth in 2016 where she studied Engineering and Bassoon Performance. Prior to Replo, she was the 2nd non-technical hire and Chief of Staff at Fuel Labs, a unicorn blockchain infrastructure startup, and a semiconductor and telco consultant before that. She just moved to San Francisco after living in New York City and Lisbon and is trying to build out her restaurant list - please send recs!

Our interview philosophy is maximizing transparency and minimizing time wasted. Interviewing at a startup is a two-way street and it’d be a waste of everyone’s time if you joined and you realized it was a totally different job than you signed up for. Here’s our interview process for this role:

**Introductory Call** **(20-30 minutes)**\This is a call with Autumn. We don’t have recruiters (obviously), so you’ll have a direct conversation with Autumn to mutually assess fit. We’ll introduce ourselves, then talk about your background, what you’re looking for, expected cash/equity compensation, and leave time for questions.

**Take-home (2 hour suggested time)**\We will have a short take-home assignment that relates directly to what your responsibilities would be in this role. For all interviews, you’re allowed to use any resource you will have on the job (e.g. ChatGPT, Google). You’ll be asked to work on one or two tasks that would be part of your day-to-day at Replo.

A Day in the Life

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our fast-growing Series B startup. As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial operations and establishing effective accounting processes and systems within Rinsed.
