We are looking for an exceptional talent who has created a high performing marketing function from scratch, built a successful B2B SaaS brand, and scaled it to become a significant contributor to the overall pipeline. WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop a solid understanding of our customers, target markets, growth opportunities as well as competitors and challenges

Position the Taktile brand in a highly competitive environment and generate awareness for our brand among our key buying personas

Work closely with product, sales, and the founding team to provide feedback to our go-to-market strategy, ideal customer profiles and personas, and core messaging/value proposition

Identify marketing channels, solutions and narratives that will efficiently drive new customers to Taktile and grow turnover

Develop, implement, and iterate on measurable campaigns across multiple channels and personas to deliver a quality sales pipeline in the form of qualified leads and booked meetings

Assess and prioritize our leads based on their lifetime value, strategic relevance and the chance of their turning into a valuable customer

Manage budgets and campaigns across all marketing channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Develop a deep understanding of the customer buying journey to improve conversions at each stage in a cost effective way via targeted campaigns (including email nurture)

In medium term, identify, vet, hire and manage the team to accelerate the execution of your plan

Manage performance reviews, evolve our team structure and Taktile’s marketing capabilities as we progress through different growth stages

IDEAL, BUT NOT REQUIREDYou have 5-10 years of experience in working across multiple marketing domains in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment (ideally, incl. growth marketing/demand generation)

You have built a led a marketing function and have a proven track record of building strong brands and generating meaningful pipeline

You have strong analytical skills and the ability to define hypotheses, measure performance quantitatively, and articulate results from data to make intelligent decisions and consult strategy across the company

Overview

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Lead who’ll serve as a bridge between our customers and our product.

This is a unique opportunity to be a high-impact, early member of the Aptible Team. As our first Sales Lead, you’ll play a critical role in building Aptible’s product-led sales motion from the ground up. We plan to use attainment of an ambitious but fair quota as part of the calculation of your compensation, and you’ll be the first current Aptible employee with a quota. We plan to start you on ramp for a reasonable amount of time, and then align your quota to the attainment of PQA targets as well as product feedback achieved from both PQAs and anti-PQAs (those qualified leads that never actually activate on our platform). As our first Sales Lead, we expect to set quota collaboratively with you, and you will have the support of the full team in achieving quota. Notably, we anticipate building towards giving you the ability to overachieve quota.

We are looking for our first marketing hire. We’re currently growing >15% MoM despite spending zero dollars on marketing and not even having a website until recently. About the Role:

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at PicnicHealth, you will be responsible for the reliability, efficiency, and architecture of our cloud, developer, and security operations. Day to day, you will take the lead to identify and resolve infrastructure issues, while supporting requests from our team. PicnicHealth’s engineering team is highly engaged and motivated, and as senior SRE, you will be a thought partner that helps our team level up the code we write. Alongside this work, you  will write code yourself to improve the efficiency and experience of cloud, developer, and security operations.
