What you will do

* Nurture and land inbound leads via email, Intercom chat, scheduled consultation calls and phone. Our primary source of inbound leads is via Intercom chat which we integrate across various other messaging channels such as Whatsapp, FB Messenger and more. We have 100s of entrepreneurs messaging us each week, looking for our help to launch their US business.

Your opportunity

Join our tight-knit early-stage distributed team that thrives on interesting technical challenges and building magical products that improve people's lives. As the founding client services Account Manager at CoinTracker, you will be the trusted advisor for some of our largest customers. You will define the strategy for our VIP concierge service and account management efforts. As our eyes and ears in the field, you will find new use cases and help our customers solve their most pressing problems. You will be a highly visible product expert in CoinTracker's offerings, learning, knowing, and teaching how to work with and leverage our latest solutions.

• Build out a framework for providing delightful, white-glove experiences to strategic CoinTracker clients

• Develop new and existing relationships to drive adoption and retention of CoinTracker’s products

• Work directly with clients to understand their goals and motivations, and deliver empathetic resolutions to product and technical needs

• Work with our partners to understand their highest priority customers

Your opportunity

Shape the future of personal finance, tax preparation, and accounting for every cryptocurrency user by building products people love.

1-year outcomes

• 15 major product features/improvements/redesigns shipped that significantly improve the user experience and/or top-level metrics by 10%+ each

• Average of five minor product improvements or fixes shipped per 2-week sprint that each successfully addresses the pain points of at least 10 reported users

• Help increase NPS by 20%

• Reduce 30-day churn on subscriptions to <5%

You will

• Invent and ship products that lead crypto to the next level of adoption, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, partnerships, tax, support, and others from conception to launch

Your opportunity

Join our tight-knit, early-stage distributed customer support team that thrives on solving interesting user issues and providing empathetic, human-centered support. As an early member of the support operations team, you will support our quickly growing customer support team and make impactful improvements on the speed, accuracy, and quality of support at CoinTracker. You will also act as a trusted expert in the support organization, helping implement initiatives to create world-class customer experiences.

You will

• Perform moderate data visualizations and analytics to present insights using tools such as Google Sheets, Coda, and Looker

• Collaborate with support team members, leadership, and other teams to provide needed support and ensure projects are delivered within scoped timeline

• Assist with onboarding of new hires on the support team, ensuring new hires have the right access required for their roles
