Your mission

As our People & Culture Manager with a strong focus on People Operations, you’ll be the backbone of our team experience at Onchain Group. About the role

We’re hiring an Associate Assistant — a critical support role designed to make our Associates more effective. Associates are responsible for providing 1:1 crypto consulting to our Members, and your job is to ensure they can operate at peak performance by taking ownership of their admin and research tasks.

This is not a customer-facing role. You won’t be on video calls with clients, but you will work behind the scenes to keep workflows smooth, client requests delivered quickly, and research organized. Required Qualifications:

• CRM management experience with the ability to effectively enter and maintain a sales pipeline; Salesforce strongly preferred

• A strong network of contacts in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
