• Be a versatile marketer, adept at wearing multiple hats and thriving in a dynamic environment
• Deep immersion and understanding in one of the web3 pillars (e.g., DeFi, Trading/Alpha, L1s/L2s, Consumer Dapps)

You’ll help build sleek consumer web-apps for our upcoming AI DeFi products. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design & intuitive UX, while being deeply familiar with DeFi as a native user themselves. This role will be 70% frontend & 30% backend, so a design-savvy candidate is a must.

Requirements:

• Prior success taking a consumer web-app from 0 to 1

As a Graphic Designer, your primary goal will be to conceptualize compelling visual experiences that resonate with our audience and encapsulate the essence of web3. From designing eye-catching marketing materials for various media to contributing to user interfaces across our website, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex concepts into captivating visuals that drive user engagement and brand recognition.

You are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma and have a proactive mindset and a willingness to explore new design trends. Additionally, your skills and interest in motion design will be a significant asset, especially for creating LottieFiles animations to bring interactive experiences to life on our website.

This role will be part-time (ca. 18-20 hours per week).

What you’ll be doing

• Produce cohesive visuals for weekly blog posts.
• Create graphics for our social media channels.
• Source and design engaging visuals for event promotions and other brand announcements.

A lightweight Ethereum client implementation designed to reduce hardware requirements for solo stakers and increase efficiency for institutional staking service operators. Compensation

We are a erse team of experienced researchers and engineers located in various parts of the world working at the intersection of P2P networks and bleeding-edge Zero Knowledge technology. Our goal is to deliver a more advanced decentralized data storage protocol that improves the primitives of decentralized file storage and delivery. This role fits with our project and BD goals by providing support to the core business development effort to help create awareness about the project as well as generate interest from potential Web3 native developers, organizations and use cases interested in consuming and/or providing data storage to the network. Key responsibilities:

• Define the marketing and growth strategy for Codex in collaboration with Codex’s Technical BD Lead; as well as our Communications Team in terms of organisation-wide goals.
• Plan, execute, and manage the marketing and growth strategy by coordinating with the Communications Team and providing direction for Codex in-person workshops, speaking opportunities, and hackathons.
• Drive market research to support Codex BD activities and initiatives.
• Collect and evaluate analytical data related to the growth of Codex and marketing campaign performance, including community growth metrics.
