As the Principal Project Manager you will lead the implementation and configuration of all Unanet business units working cross-functionally to plan and execute projects according to established timeframes and budgets. You will own defining project objectives and overseeing quality throughout the project’s lifecycle, all with the support our passionate and talented Customer Experience team. 

What You'll Do:  

• Leading complex projects, including for enterprise-level clients including scope, risks, timelines, budget 
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications 
• Provide recommendations and leadership to Project Management team to ensure consistent implementation methodologies across all business units 
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders

Your First 90 Days

In your first 30 Days:

• Attend Orientation and meet the Unanet team
• Review pre-recorded videos of Unanet features available in our Support Portal/Knowledge Base as well as Learning Management System (LMS)
• Shadow kick-off calls, status calls, and close-out calls on at least two (2) engagements
• Understand internal tools (e.g., Monday.com, Confluence, Unanet)
• Build out a draft project plan for a client
• Develop a detailed training plan with your manager

In your first 60 Days:

• Continue to shadow implementations work through your defined training plan
• Attend all available training sessions and webinars
• Start supporting assigned clients with assistance from other team members
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and project notes for assigned projects in appropriate tools
• Maintain and own budget and forecast of projects
• Be able to complete Change Orders as needed
• Achieve 10% billable utilization target

In your first 90 Days:

• Continue to shadow implementations and work through your defined training plan
• Lead, manage, and own all or some portions of client implementations including kick-off calls, status reporting, and close-out calls
• Own both change and scope management
• Own budget and forecasting on assigned projects
• Own all Project Management-related communications for assigned projects
• Achieve 25% billable utilization target

Who You Are: 

• 8+ years of consulting experience, ideally in B2B Software 
• Prior experience working within the Architecture/Engineering and Construction or GovCon industry 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field 
• PMP Certification
• Natural ability to work with and secure cooperation and commitment from a erse audience, including senior leadership, clients, and other departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Major Gifts team is responsible for generating significant support for Team USA, through facilitating the major gift program in their assigned regional territory. The Major Gifts Officer will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major gift prospects (iniduals, corporations, foundations) and participating in donor stewardship activities in the Southeast region, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee. Here’s how you’ll have an impact:

• In consultation with the Vice President, Major Gifts, establish an annual operating plan for the assigned region, with measurable performance objectives, that aligns with the USOPC’s fundraising goals and priorities. Participate in assessing progress toward regional objectives and adjust plan as necessary.
• Successfully manage a major gift portfolio of approximately 100 prospects to meet agreed-upon philanthropic goals for the region. We curate quality tweets, articles, videos, podcasts, and other resources in one place. Soon, it’ll be possible to follow projects and get an automated weekly newsletter of new content for all the projects they follow.

Currently, there are about 100 projects on the site, primarily Defi protocols. Your job would essentially be to browse CT and add interesting content to the site. It’s important to be able to work at least an hour or two every day, rather than work all the hours over just a few days.

4. Monitors and adjusts PPC campaigns to optimize ROAS.
5. Aggressively explores opportunities to expand the advertising budget.
6. Balances SEM tactics with brand and content principles.
7. Provides reports, insights, and forecasts to accurately measure performance.
8. Collaborates with Finance to align on forecasts and financial targets.
