Job Summary

This is a hands-on role for someone who can e into code, build and maintain automated data quality coverage, and drive issue triage and resolution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the trustworthiness of the data used across clinical operations, reporting, analytics, and data delivery - supporting compliance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• Own the QA strategy for data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability of healthcare and operational data.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, lineage, and critical fields in core tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau.

• Map data lineage from source systems (e.g., EMR, eligibility, claims) through modeling and reporting, ensuring visibility across the entire data lifecycle.

• Design and implement data quality tests using dbt tests, Elementary, or similar QA tools.

• Expand automated data QA test coverage across systems with limited or no existing validation.

• Identify and validate data integrity issues across key sources such as claims, EMR, client files, and internal systems, assess impact, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain an issue tracker and regularly report on open items and progress to stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison across Data Engineering, Data Science and Analytics, Product, Security, and Operations to support and advocate for data quality.

• Support root cause analysis by debugging test coverage or validation scripts .

• Partner with Data Engineering to recommend improvements to data models and pipelines based on QA findings.

• Support the onboarding of new data sources by defining QA and documentation requirements in partnership with data engineering.

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in a data quality, data engineering, analytics engineering, or data governance role

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and data testing frameworks (e.g., dbt tests, Elementary, Great Expectations)

• Proficiency in:

  • SQL and dbt (including documentation, testing, and modeling)

  • Python for scripting, QA automation, or monitoring workflows

  • Data pipelines orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Fivetran)

  • Snowflake

• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and documentation

• Ability to identify and resolve data issues across complex systems with minimal supervision

Compensation Range:

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. The Technical Lead will oversee and support a ~15-20-person technical team to sustain and develop modifications for the ETIMS (JAVA/C# with Oracle backend) enterprise application which is hosted on the AWS Cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide primary technical interface with the customer to communicate, report and resolve all technical issues regarding the application and its supporting infrastructure.

This position is in support of sustainment and modification of the United States Air Force (USAF) Electronic Technical Information Management System (ETIMS), the USAF system for managing technical orders and CPINs as well as for electronic viewing of technical orders. It is a Cloud-based enterprise system hosting the Java and Windows applications accessing Oracle database in the AWS environment.

The Technical Lead supports the Program Manager and Scrum Master; and will provide guidance and direction to the team in support of development and sustainment activities. The Technical Lead will play an integral role in planning and execution of future requirements.

This position is working with the government and may require secret clearance and/or security plus certification. The government program office is Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, Ohio. The development and support team are geographically dispersed, and teleworking is our daily working protocol, however, on-site support for meetings may be required. The program requires highly qualified, self-motivated, proactive people who work well with others with limited supervision.

Role Details:

BAE Systems is looking for a first line Test Engineering Section Lead to manage digital and RF test software design engineers for our Software Test Solutions Department in Nashua, NH. Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

Responsible for ensuring quality engineering input is accounted for and modeled appropriately in all value chains such that the total Cost of Quality (CoQ) is right-sized throughout the life of a program. • Leverage keen knowledge of aerospace, mechanical, electrical and/or structural engineering to collaborate with design engineering throughout the design maturing and release processes to identify and define proper datum schemes, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), key characteristics, statistical tolerancing, and other requirements of concern

• Identify and correct inspect ability issues of designs prior to engineering release

As an Android Engineer at Monzo you'll work in a small, autonomous product squad alongside iOS Engineers, Backend Engineers, User Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, QA Testers, and Data Scientists.

You and your team will be responsible for an overall company goal, rather than building a specific feature - you'll have the opportunity to have impact on both what we build, and how we build it. Mobile engineers at Monzo work on everything from the personal banking product to customer support tools. Our Android app

Our app is 100% Kotlin, built using MVVM (Model View ViewModel) and Coordinators, and modularised by product feature.

We use RxJava, Retrofit and Moshi for API calls and Dagger for dependency injection. We’re starting to use Coroutines for most new features. Room is our choice for persistence, and we use repositories for interacting with data. We’ve built out our design system with Compose. 

We use GitHub Pull Requests to do code reviews, and write unit tests for our ViewModels, Coordinators, and any other classes which contain logic. We write tests for all of our Compose screens and snapshot test them with Happo. We also use Espresso to test flows, which are executed via our continuous integration system.

We’ve previously written about building Monzo Chat on Android, which goes into detail on some of these elements.
