About The Role:

We are looking for an Investment Operations Specialist who will help support our clients’ growing needs within the trading and investment operations organization.  You will be responsible for ensuring that our lead planners serve clients in the most efficient way possible- a key factor that drives Facet’s world class client experience. You will also play a critical role in the relationships we create with clients by being one of the integral team members who supports their overall financial goals as it relates to opening, establishing, and maintaining investment accounts.

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Support all back-office requests related to the establishing of new accounts, reviewing and submitting client forms, and handling maintenance requests for our investment management clients
• Assist in the creation and documentation of back office operations policies and procedures and will serve as a subject matter expert for operations initiatives
• Work directly with our financial custodians to submit client requests, review for status updates, and resolve not in good order items
• Assist in account reconciliation, trading, and rebalancing on a daily basis with our model portfolios
• Research and resolve complex client requests, and partner with the lead planners to offer creative solutions
• Communicate with clients by phone and email during different client lifecycle stages (onboarding, planning, and service)
• Educate clients and planners on account features and transactions
• Generate client and account reports for clients and lead planners as needed
• Review and process account rebalancing trades for a wide range of security types including equities, fixed income, and mutual funds through our trading platform for all of our custodians
• Serve as a subject matter expert for planners and clients on complex IRA transaction requests including excess contribution removals, IRA recharacterizations, and orce transfers

Job Specific Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working in financial services, preferably in a back-office operations setting
• Experience with a wide range of investment products including brokerage, retirement, and managed accounts
• Experience with brokerage trading procedures and terminology, including fixed income, mutual funds, equities, and block trading

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• You have experience with Orion Advisor and Orion Trading platforms
• You have impeccable organizational skills, and can prioritize workload.  You must be able to perform well under time constraints
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.  Calling clients to review accounts, pending paperwork, and supporting our lead planners will be a regular occurrence.

ABOUT CATF

Clean Air Task Force (CATF) is a nonprofit organization working to safeguard against the worst impacts of climate change by catalyzing the rapid global development and deployment of low-carbon energy and other climate-protecting technologies. CATF is highly respected for its deep expertise and research on energy and industrial systems and potential strategies, technologies, and policies that can radically shrink their impact on the planet's atmosphere. CATF's Zero-Carbon Fuels (ZCF) program aims to accelerate the development and deployment of zero-carbon fuels, namely hydrogen and ammonia, to reduce emissions in time to achieve the Paris Agreement's midcentury goals. These fuels have the potential to reduce costs for decarbonizing hard-to-electrify sectors and could unlock additional opportunities for future decarbonization across the wider global energy system. CATF has identified six sectors that are especially challenging to decarbonize, and for which zero-carbon fuels could be particularly advantageous: marine shipping, heavy-duty long-haul trucking, ironmaking, high-temperature industrial process heating, aviation, and long-duration energy storage. ROLE

The Senior Policy Manager will collaborate with the Global Program Director and other senior program staff to develop and promote policy in the EU and member states to expand the role of ZCF in heavy transportation and decarbonize heavy industries, as well as other sectors. This position will reflect on the evolving technical and commercial realities of ZCF and likely including R&D, demonstration, and development programs. International fuels transactions and policies related to fuels GHG accounting will be relevant to the work. The Senior Policy Manager will work as a strategic thought partner with CATF's ZCF Global Director in Europe. The Senior Policy Manager will also lead CATF's ZCF policy staff and work closely with European and EU Governments Affairs and Communications, as well as other CATF's programs such as Carbon Capture and Methane Pollution Prevention.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Engage with EC and EU member states government staff to build support for CATF's ZCF policy agenda for Europe
• Lead CATF's ZCF policy managers team to promote policy in the EU and member states to accelerate the development and uptake of ZCF
• Track key public and private efforts to develop and deploy ZCF in Europe
• Collaborate with other eNGOs, industry and other stakeholders in both policy agenda development, EU and EU member state engagement, and external communications

Your key responsibilities

• Build and manage our business development pipeline with two core categories of users - crypto trading firms/market makers and other protocols/builders in the web3 ecosystem.
• Develop educational resources that help partners understand the opportunities associated with Voltz Protocol and support them through the onboarding process such that they can get live sooner
• Develop deep relationships with other protocol teams and builders in the web3 ecosystem to help them integrate Voltz Protocol into their products, contributing to the growth and stability of the ecosystem
• Develop relationships with regulated institutional clients as we look to expand the product offering at Voltz
• Be commercially minded and extremely output orientated - we must keep growing at a rapid rate, we don’t have any time that can be lost on inefficient processes
• Be extremely detailed and analytically driven
• Work closely with your fellow Voltz Labs colleagues, providing feedback from partners whilst involving key colleagues in the sales/onboarding process at the right time.

The minimum qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth or a similar role
• Track record of managing sales a sales pipeline and developing partnerships to accelerate growth
• Passion for web3/crypto or a willingness to develop expertise in the space
• Self-motivated and adaptable with high standards of excellence
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
