The ideal candidate has a strong background in responsive website development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery, and preferably experience with LO/TR or a similar constituent engagement platform. They will be responsible for managing and utilizing LO/TR to develop data-driven strategies, execute campaigns, and produce actionable reports. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, adept at collaborating across teams, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will also be a strategic thinker, capable of generating ideas, establishing plans, and following them through to completion.

As the department's digital presence grows, the Manager will take the lead in recommending and implementing strategies related to web design, UI/UX, and project management for digital fundraising initiatives. The Application Developer is responsible for executing on the day-to-day development, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce environment, including CRM, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and supporting systems.  The Application Developer works closely with functional leaders, organizational units, subject matter experts, and other Technology & Solutions resources to design, develop, test, and implement new solutions while following internal change management procedures.  This inidual is skilled at solving complex problems by utilizing their technical knowledge and skill to implement technically sound, secure, and scalable solutions.  The Solutions Developer is an internally motivated, critical thinker who possesses a positive attitude and can navigate all levels of the organization effectively.
