Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal Frontend Engineer with deep, broad experience around building highly performant, real-time, interactive frontends for trading-focused web apps. The Senior Data Engineer is a critical role reporting directly to the CTO. The primary mission is to rapidly deliver a reliable, production-ready market data platform that serves as the single source of truth for trading, risk, and business intelligence.

You’ll immediately own the entire data platform from inception and deliver working historical and real-time Tardis pipelines in the first 60 days. Beyond the initial MVP, the role requires iteratively evolving the platform into a best-in-class, cloud-native, observable, and self-service system. You will work hand in hand with the CTO & trading team to scope & deliver to business needs. The Senior Data Engineer will also serve as the go-to data expert for the firm and will be responsible for mentoring future junior data engineers or analysts.

What You’ll Do

• Rapidly spin up the cloud environment. Deliver working historical backfill pipelines from Tardis.dev into a queryable database.
• Deliver a real-time Tardis WebSocket pipeline, ensuring data is normalized, cached for live consumption, accurate, replayable, and queryable by Day 60.
• Ensure all pipelines are idempotent, retryable, and use exactly-once semantics. Implement full CI/CD, Terraform, automated testing, and secrets management.
• Implement proper observability (structured logs, metrics, dashboards, alerting) from day one. Provide immediate self-service access to the MVP database for Trading and BI teams via tools like Tableau/Metabase, and through simple internal REST APIs.

The Role

The Senior Loan Originator will sit within the team that manages the backing assets of USDe. This role blends traditional financial market expertise with deep proficiency in secured lending digital asset markets.

The successful candidate will focus on originating overcollateralised stablecoin loans backed exclusively by tier one digital assets & RWAs. Reporting to the Head of Trading, you will drive outperformance by originating new & incremental business by building new relationships and expanding existing relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the effort to originate loans with new counterparties, meeting strategic goals to scale the total loan book that positively impacts and complements the needs of the Ethena protocol.
• Serve as the primary owner for Ethena’s secured lending relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to capital allocators and institutional counterparties.
• Champion within the trading team the potential to grow the secured lending allocation of the backing assets of USDe.
• Create new & exciting secured loan structures with Ethena’s many partners, from exchanges, to custodians, to brokerages, to trading firms, that fit the risk profile of the protocol to create unique product outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Seasoned experience in credit risk, counterparty risk, or financial markets risk analysis.
• Secured lending background, most recently in digital assets issuing/originating loans with market makers/crypto-native trading firms, prime brokerage, securities financing, or leveraged institutional clients.
• A strong understanding of the secured lending market in the digital asset space at the institutional, CeFi, and DeFi levels.
• Proven ability to negotiate lending agreement terms and close complex deals in rapid succession with erse counterparties.
• Strong financial and quantitative analytical skills to evaluate collateral frameworks and portfolio exposures to communicate credit views, and progress updates clearly to risk teams, investment teams, and high-net-worth stakeholders.* Comfort working in a high-trust, flat hierarchy that values asynchronous communication and independent creativity.

The Role

As the Head of Platform Engineering, you’ll spearhead the evolution of our scalable, secure, and high-performing platform, driving the infrastructure that fuels our fast-paced startup. Veridise is seeking a Content and Socials Manager to own the full content lifecycle across two brands: Veridise (blockchain security firm, 150+ audits, clients include RISC Zero, Succinct, Linea) and AuditHub (blockchain security platform with four proprietary verification tools).

This is not a traditional content role. Our marketing team runs an AI powered Content Engine built on Claude and Claude Code. Strategic briefs go in, per channel content comes out. Your job is to operate this system, improve it, and make sure everything published is sharp and on brand. Our internal principle: “Turn any process into AI execution.” We are looking for someone who thinks about AI the same way: not as a writing assistant, but as infrastructure for an entire content operation.

You will also coordinate content across four executive voices (CEO, CSO, CTO, CRO) under two distinct brand identities. Editorial instinct, brand discipline, and deep comfort with AI production tools are essential.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of proven content and social media management experience at a tech or deep tech company, or agency serving tech clients. This is a senior role. Candidates without a demonstrated marketing track record will not be considered.
• End to end content operations experience: strategy, calendar, production, publication, analytics.
• AI native working style. You build with Claude and Claude Code, not just chat with AI. You have redesigned workflows using AI as infrastructure.
• Solid marketing fundamentals: positioning, audience segmentation, editorial strategy.
