Responsibilities:

Help audiences to understand our aims, and provide paths to participate in our organization Foster volunteer-driven contributions that builds our movement whilst encouraging autonomy Involve yourself in the campaign planning process, including budgets, resourcing and prioritization Alongside a project manager and brand manager, help lead a communication team that executes upon campaigns Design processes and bring about the necessary structure and information for local Logos communities/cells to thrive Increase donations to the organization Ensure Logos’ humanitarian aims are clearly communicated Track and measure the impact of campaigns

Requirements:

Background in building community organisations, political campaigns, or working for humanitarian causes Minimum of 5 years managing a team, budgets, and goals Passion for, and in-depth understanding of, web3 A strong alignment with our principles Excellent written communication skills Strong public speaking and presentation skills Willingness to learn, read, lead, and act. Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand written content Ability to foster collaborative relationships across the entire organisation
